We are excited to celebrate AVECO's 30th Anniversary with you in the mid-western city that rocks – Cleveland, OH!  

 

AVECO 2024 will welcome back the Department of Veterans Affairs, various State Approving Agencies from across the regions as well as industry and colleague led interest sessions. The conference curriculum will continue to promote open peer-to-peer dialogue as well as provide industry led training opportunities to aid in your professional development.

2024 Categories and Rates*

Registration includes a conference kit, daily breakfast, snacks, Embarkation Reception, and Rock and Roll Hall of  Fame banquet dinner.

Attendees will need to RSVP for  "The Era's Tour: AVECO's Version" celebration when completing their registration. If you would like to bring a guest, please read the Guests of AVECO Sponsored Events section below. Advanced RSVPs for this event must be completed by June 19, 2024 to enter the event on July 9, 2024.

Conference Dress Code

 

The AVECO conference has a casual dress code for sessions, but you are welcome to plan for business casual. We will host two special events - Embarkation Reception and The Era's Tour: AVECO's Version Celebration.

Embarkation Reception attendees are free to wear what you desire, Nautical or "Yacht Rock" attire is suggested.

​

For The Era's Tour: AVECO's Version, attendees are encouraged to dress representing their favorite era/genre. You are not required to participate but we welcome you to join in the celebration!

For guests of registered AVECO attendees wishing to attend The Era's Tour: AVECO's Version event at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, tickets are required and are available for purchase for $75. To purchase a ticket click here. Advanced RSVPs for this event must be completed by June 19, 2024 to enter the event on July 9, 2024. Refunds must be requested via email by June 19, 2024.
