Conference Accommodations
AVECO is sailing into a new decade at the newly remodeled Hotel Cleveland, formerly the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel located at 24 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio. All reservations must be booked by June 13, 2024 to receive the conference rate.
AVECO has contracted an attendee rate of $162.00 per night plus applicable taxes.
For government attendees the prevailing government rate of *$150.00 per night applies.

Overflow Hotel
Due to overwhelming demand, accommodations at our main conference hotel, Hotel Cleveland, are selling out rapidly! But fear not, we've secured overflow accommodations at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower, just a 5-minute walk away. Rest assured, this alternate hotel is equally stunning, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout the conference.
AVECO has contracted an attendee rate of $199.00 per night plus applicable taxes. This rate is good until June 7, 2024 and offers discounted self-parking at $25 nightly. Valet(In/Out) is $48 nightly. If you would like more information on amenities they can be found here.

If you would like your booking to begin prior to July 7, 2024, or after July 11, 2024, please call Marriott Reservations at 216.696.9200 to reserve your room. Extended stays cannot be completed via the link provided. Remember to mention group event: AVECO to have the group rate applied to all date.
