AVECO Conference
COVID-19 Health and Safety Measures

Our attendees, staff, and presenter’s health and safety are critical to us. AVECO asks that you continue to check the conference Whova regularly as the city, state, and national health and safety protocols change and more information becomes available.

In an effort to maintain safe social distancing, the board works diligently with the conference hotel to monitor registration numbers against changing guidelines.

We ask ALL in attendance to be courteous of others and monitor their own COVID-19 health status before, during, and after the conference.

Attendees and conference staff are asked not to enter the conferencing venue if they have any of the following systems:

· Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit

· Chills

· Cough

· Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

· Fatigue

· Muscle or body aches

· Headache

· New loss of taste or smell

· Sore throat

· Congestion or runny nose

· Nausea or vomiting

· Diarrhea

Once at the hotel, attendees should monitor their symptoms each day and adjust their participation as needed to limit exposure to others by continuing their conference experience virtually.
