Become a 2025 AVECO Exhibitor

The Association for Veteran Education Certifying Officials (AVECO) conference is an annual event that offers training for School Certifying Officials (SCO) and other individuals who serve military-connected students in education and on the job training. Set to be held on July 13-17, 2025 in St. Louis, MO, and the 4-day national conference will be hosted at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel.

The event focuses on training, both Department of Veterans Affairs(VA), State Approving Agency(SAA) and peer led, as well as providing resources to attendees to use on their campuses. SCOs who attend will be able to receive the most up to date training from the VA National Training Team, SAA leadership, industry facilitators and network with peers and community professionals. This is an opportunity to learn from not only experts in the field, but from each other.

The 2025 AVECO Conference provides a unique platform for exhibitors to showcase their organizations and services directly to military-connected higher education professionals who work with your clients and their families. This is the perfect opportunity for industry leaders in the military and veterans support services and higher education sectors to connect with peers in training facilities and institutions of higher learning who are eager to bring new ideas and services back to their campuses in keeping with our mission, “to prepare and serve administrators and counselors of Veterans' education benefits in institutions of higher learning and other public and private agencies and organizations engaged in the support and/or administration of Veterans' education benefits.”

  • Thursday, July 17, Exhibitor tables are open 8am - 12pm

  • Networking via the Whova app is open 24/7 with opportunities for attendee engagement running from March 2025 to December 2025.
