Kimberly Archer is a proud Navy veteran who began her educational journey at Dallas College—formerly known as the Dallas County Community College District. Coming from a long family history of veterans who have served our country across generations, Kim understands deeply the sacrifices and resilience of military-connected individuals.
In 2001, Kim joined Dallas College’s Financial Aid Office, where her passion for helping others quickly evolved into a specialized role assisting students and military beneficiaries with financial aid and education benefits. Today, she serves as the Military & Veteran Compliance Manager at the Brookhaven Campus in Farmers Branch, Texas, where she continues to transform lives through education and advocacy.
Kim also serves on the AVECO Board of Directors as a Member at Large, a role she’s held since 2023, further demonstrating her commitment to supporting veterans in higher education.”
