Kay McIntosh is a School Certifying Official and compliance professional with MyComputerCareer, supporting VA education benefit compliance across campuses in multiple states. Her work focuses on enrollment certification, audit readiness, VR&E processing, student record accuracy, and maintaining compliance with VA and State Approving Agency requirements.
Kay is an active member of AVECO’s national training leadership team, where she contributes to the development of conferences, training programs, and professional development opportunities for School Certifying Officials and other professionals serving veterans and military-connected students. She is committed to strengthening collaboration, sharing practical knowledge, and helping institutions navigate the evolving landscape of veterans education benefits.
Beyond her professional work, Kay enjoys serving her community, spending time with family and friends, and singing.
